Creative Services Manager, Brand Guardian and Art Direction
Farrow & Ball is an inspirational brand dedicated to creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper using only the finest quality ingredients. Recruited into a new role and reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, I was ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of the in-house Creative Team; managing the workflow of the artworkers, designers and copywriters of all 2D and 3D projects and being the primary contact for all internal and external creative output for the brand.
I initiated, developed and subsequently managed the creative process and relevant external agency outputs. A combination of studio manager, traffic manager and account manager my role required excellent communication and organisation skills in order to translate and develop project briefs and ensure they are scheduled and delivered on time, in budget and within brand guidelines.
